Reading the site
The supplied site code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts, embedded social widgets or remotely hosted image requests. Pages, styles, scripts and image paths are served as site resources. Loading a website necessarily involves network requests that expose technical information such as an IP address to the serving infrastructure.
A hosting provider may process request information, including timestamps, requested resources and browser information, for delivery, security and operational purposes. Hosting-specific logging settings and retention are not established by the page code, so no fixed retention period or claim of zero server logging is made here.
Message preparation stays local
The correspondence tool reads the information you enter and builds plain text in the current page. It does not submit that information to a server or automatically send it by email. The site script does not save draft fields in localStorage.
Choosing Copy Text writes the draft to your device's clipboard when your browser permits it. Choosing Download .txt creates a text file through your browser. Clipboard contents, downloaded files, browser autofill and device backups are controlled by your browser, device and settings. Clearing the form does not erase copies you have already made.
Email correspondence
If you send an email, the recipient and relevant email service providers will receive the message, your address and associated email metadata. Correspondence may be used to answer your enquiry, review a correction, address a rights complaint or maintain an appropriate record of that matter. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

It remains until cleared through that page or your browser settings. No optional tracking is activated by either choice.

Following an external source link takes you to another organisation's website, where its own policies apply. Opening an email link uses your email application. We do not control those services' data practices.
